Momentum Services, LLC provides Clinical Services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and the elderly. Also provided are Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services for children and adolescents up to the age of 21 and Family Based Mental Health Services for children and their families.

Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services
Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services include:
Psychological Evaluation
Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS): The TSS provides therapeutic support to a child in a specified social, behavioral or emotional area of concern. The TSS helps a child improve on needs that have been identified by the child, family and community supports.
Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC): The BSC provides assessment, treatment planning and direction and supervision of the TSS and ensures coordination of care.
Mobile Therapy (MT): The MT provides direct therapy to children in the home and community setting, treatment planning and direction and supervision of the TSS.
Family Based Mental Health Services
Components of Family Based Mental Health Services include:
Family Support Services: These services are intended to address the basic needs of families as well as possibly setting up respite care to provide needed breaks for the consumer and/or family members.
Therapeutic Intervention: This component includes individual, family and couples counseling that works within the family support network. The specific therapy is provided at the discretion of the FBMHS team and the cooperation of the family to assist members in meeting their goals.
Case Management: This service is geared toward assisting the family in accessing needed services on their own. The FBHM team can assist the family in identifying appropriate services necessary for their needs an assist them in taking necessary steps to access these services.
Crisis Intervention: These services are provided when a situation has occurred and the family is in most distress. These services can be provided via phone or in person, if deemed necessary. This service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
