Partner/Executive Director/Director of Outpatient Clinical Services- Dawn Goshorn, LPC, MS, NCC
Dawn Goshorn received a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Crime, Law and Justice from Penn State University in 2003. She received her M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2006 from Shippensburg University which is a CACREP accredited program. Dawn also received her National Counselor Certification in 2007 and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. Currently, she is working towards receiving a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dawn has extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and families in her prior experience as a TSS, working with adjudicated youth as well as youth in a residential setting. Dawn also has experience in developing a volunteer program that provided a safe haven for at-risk youth. In opening Momentum Services, LLC with her husband Justin, Dawn hoped to provide a comfortable resource for the mental health community to meet their individual goals as well as work to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health treatment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking, crafts and watching Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers football.
Partner – Justin Goshorn, MS
Justin Goshorn received his B.A in Psychology in 2003 and his M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2008 from Shippensburg University which is a CACREP accredited program. Justin has prior experience working as a TSS, working with adjudicated youth as well as working with youth in a residential setting. In opening Momentum Services, LLC with his wife Dawn, Justin hoped to provide a unique individualized service that is client driven to encourage the most client success. Justin enjoys playing the guitar, computer repair, reading and working with technology.
Director of Behavioral Rehabilitative Health Services –Matthew Wilkin, MS
Matthew Wilkin received his B.A. in Psychology from Wilkes University in 1997 and his M.S. in Psychology from Shippensburg University in 1999. He has vast experience working with children and adolescents which includes six years as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist for several provider agencies. Other experience includes work with the mental health and mental retardation populations in the role of Program Specialist, Psychiatric Technician and Residential Program Associate. Matthew was born and raised in East Northport, NY. Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Trudy, and daughter, Sarah, and is an avid sports fan.
Director of Family Based Mental Health – Corinne Haupt, LPC, MS, NCC
Corinne Haupt received a B.A. in Psychology in 2007 and an M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Community Counseling in 2009 both from Shippensburg University. Corinne also received her National Counselor Certification in 2009 and is licensed as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. Corinne has previous experience as a Family Based Mental Health Therapist and has three years of experience working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She enjoys the beach and also spending time with her husband and children.
Office Manager – Gwen Todd, B.S.
Gwen Todd received her B.S. in Human Development and Family Development from Penn State University in 2007. She has experience working with children in both daycare and school settings. Gwen also has experience working with adults and children with mental and physical disabilities. Prior to working as an Administrative Assistant, she worked for Momentum’s Family Based program for 2 years as a Family Based Therapist. She enjoys sports, crafts, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
